ILOH is an independent female owned, female run business. With the mission to take the shame out of buying and owning sex toys by bringing you an alternative shopping experience, we exclusively stock modern products which are all designed by women and/or female founded companies

Where do you send to?

We now ship worldwide.

• UK - £3.50 up to £50 Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, free over £50
• EU - £15 up to £100 Royal Mail International Tracked EU, free over £100 
• Rest of the world - £20 for Royal Mail International Tracked

Is your shipping discreet?

Yes. Your ILOH delivery is for your eyes only so all outer packaging is discreet and non branded. Similarly, if you’re gifting to a friend they won’t know what pleasures lie ahead until they’ve opened the package

How does ILOH appear on my bank statements?

ILOH will appear on your bank statements as IL UK 

Do you sell gift cards?

Not just yet but we’re working on it. You can buy Gift Sets here though 

Where is my order?

We'll try our best to post items within 72 hours of purchase via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.  We expect shipping to take 3-5 days but if you’ve been waiting longer then please drop us a message and we’ll chase up asap

What if my toy isn’t working?

First of all, have you charged it? Even with brand new toys it is recommended that you give them a full charge when you take them out of the box for the first time. If you’ve done that and it still isn’t working then drop us a message and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue 

Can I return my toy?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. If you’re unsure which toy to buy, drop us a message and we will try and match you to the best product for your needs
